Each Shea nut is sorted individually. Our Shea trees do not grow on plantations, the shea nuts are collected in the wild. They come from a area without human activity, so that nature and the Shea tree are not damaged or contaminated. For example the Wechiau Community Hippo Sanctuary: A large area that is certified organic.
SHIPPING MATERIALS
We ship in cardboard boxes with paper kraft tape and dissolvable/compostable packing peanuts. Hold the packing peanuts under water and they wil dissolve.
